SELF DEFENSE for the SEASONED WOMAN- Self Defense for women aged 55+

SEASONED SELF DEFENSE for WOMEN is for all you women that are rockin' the age range of 55+! No matter our age, we have the ability to practice many forms of self defense...from young children, to our seasoned community (55+). We don't need to be in perfect shape, or just the right height, or have super-human strength. We simply need to have the CAN DO mindset to go along with the right tools.

This class is for our seasoned community that would like to be pro-active in their personal safety measures. Subjects covered in this class are:

*Proper mindset and mental conditioning for self defense, through a woman's eyes

*What is situational awareness, how to use it, and how to increase the use of all our senses

*Various self defense tools available for our seasoned community

*How to determine what the right self defense tool(s) are for you

*Hand-to-hand measures

*How to better fortify one's home, inside and outside, against home invasions

*How to create a plan for a self defense event

*How to create a safe room in your home

*Road Rage

*Criminal Psychology

*Everyday tips and strategies for using ATM, bus, subway, Uber

*What happens after a self defense event
