Join us for an empowering evening where Underground Fitness & Self Defense will guide you through simple, practical self-defense techniques designed for real-life situations.

No prior experience or fitness level is needed.

This is a supportive, hands-on workshop created to help people build awareness, confidence, and practical skills in a comfortable environment.

The event takes place May 20, 2026 from 6:30–8:30 PM at White Wolf Holistics.

Cost is $45 per person, and each participant receives a self-defense keychain to take home.

Please bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing
