Join us for a 90-minute self-defence workshop for women led by Vanessa Warwick at Patch, Bournemouth, as part of Patch’s week-long International Women’s Day programme.

This practical, engaging session focuses on situational awareness, de-escalation, and conflict management, helping you understand risks early and make confident decisions to keep yourself safe. The workshop will mainly explore soft skills - everything that happens before and up to physical intervention - while also discussing hard skills and physical self-defence options.
