Before sending her off to college, prepare her with awareness, confidence, and tactics to keep her safe. This intensive mini-course will equip her with a defensive mindset and realistic self-defense techniques.
This 8-hour course will cover physical techniques, crowd reading and negotiation, as well as strategies to avoid victimhood. The course will be conducted by Three Rivers Instructor, Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt Professor, and Police Officer Derik Perry.
The class will meet July 8, 15, 22, and 29 at the academy, with a possible field trip to a local parking lot for realistic scenario training. There is a $50 discount for mothers + daughters attending together.
