Are you concerned about the rising Knife Crime in the UK? If so, come join us for an exciting and informative Knife Defence Workshop at Dorchester Primary School.
You will Learn essential self defence techniques from experienced instructors in a safe and supportive environment. The techniques taught are not based on wishful thinking but instead based on reality and rigorously tested, giving you more confidence by arming yourself with a more realistic understanding of the threat and how best to defend against it.
What will you achieve by the end of workshop?
1. Understanding the Knife - Mentally, Physically and Psychologically:
The training is NOT just physical, but mental and psychological too! It needs to be!
2. Understanding the Most Common Types of Knife Attacks:
Knowing the different types of Knife Attacks will also allow you to be able to better read the body language of the attacker and so give you a better chance of dealing and surviving the attack.
3. How to Defend Against Each Type of Attack:
You will be given time to practically go through each type of Knife Attack, learning and practising techniques on how best to deal with each attack.
