This experiential play therapy training will focus on the therapist engaging in a day of self-care through play therapy. We will spend time exploring self-care needs, setting boundaries for self, and even exploring personal goals. Throughout the day, participants will engage in experiential interventions to build self-care skills and practice mindfulness while exploring ways these interventions can be utilized with clients when participants are back in their practice settings. Come spend a day—playing and taking care of yourself while learning new interventions for your clients!
