If you are a Registered Yoga Teacher who needs to refresh their anatomy knowledge - join the students of the RYS 200 Foundational Yoga Teacher training for their Anatomy Intensive weekends. This is an excellent opportunity to review your anatomy and build community with upcoming yoga teachers.
This weekend will feature a deep dive into the anatomy of the Upper Extremities.
Our deep dive into the Upper Extremities will cover detailed anatomy of the skeletal, muscular and connective tissues of the Shoulder girdle, the shoulder blades and the Upper Extremities.
The weekend will conclude with practicing and applying your knowledge to yoga poses to deepen your understanding of the purpose of the pose; what limits people in a pose and ways to adjust / accommodate for anatomical differences.
Earn 15hr of YA CEU's per weekend. Each weekend will meet on the following days/times:
Friday 6-9pm
Saturday / Sunday 9-6pm
