Self-Care Sundays is moving to Old Ellicott City!
In these "Self-Care Sunday" Yoga and Mindfulness sessions, you will engage in elements of gentle vinyasa flow, breathing exercises and meditation techniques, to help you reconnect your mind, body and spirit. Each class will end with Yin or Restorative postures that invite the release and self-reflection necessary for integration off the mat.
This class is adaptable/ accessible for ALL LEVELS of practitioner. ❤️
We will meet at Greenhaus OEC, located at 8030 Main Street in Old Ellicott City. The studio is located on the 4th floor. SPACE IS LIMITED!
Please review and complete the waiver, in one of the formats below, before you arrive for your session. You will also be asked to sign a Greenhaus OEC waiver upon arrival.

There is free parking across the street, but it is limited. There is additional parking behind the café down the street (across the bridge).
