Self-Care Sunday is a new initiative I have been running in partnership with Ella Does Yoga.
We want to reclaim the notion of self-care, focussing on all the pillars of wellness, from movement to community.
🧘Each event has a yoga class followed by meditation practise and then a teacher-led journaling session.
🧃Between each session there is time for nutritious drinks and snacks so that people can socialise with each other and connect.
After the popularity of our first event we are looking to host Self-care Sunday every month!
