Self Care Sunday: Holiday Drive

Abayomi CDC invites you to join us for Self Care Sunday: Holiday Drive — a special winter wellness event bringing families together for healing, nourishment, and community connection.

Enjoy a hot holiday meal, receive toys, hats, and gloves for your children, and explore family wellness activities designed to uplift the mind, body, and spirit. Community members will also have access to free mental health resources, youth and family counseling sign-ups, and wellness facilitators offering tools for stress relief, self-care, and financial empowerment.

This event is free and open to the public. We welcome community partners, sponsors, and volunteers to help make this day of care and connection possible.
