Give yourself a morning of self-care. This affordable event will be an immersive 60 minute Breathwork experience shared with others seeking balance and mindfulness.
I will lead you to gently use your breath to physically shift your energy. As you're guided into deep relaxation, your body will naturally release stress and anxiety, leading to more mental clarity, inner balance, and overall well-being.
My approach lets oxygen do the work, making this technique safe and effective for every body. If you’ve ever been curious to work with me THIS is your event!
For your session please have:
A comfortable place to lie down
Head phones/charged cellphone and/or laptop
Glass of water
Couple pillows
Blanket
Cameras do not need to be on for this session if you do not want to be on camera. We want to get you as comfortable as possible. You will be lying down for a full hour to do the Breathwork.
