Self-Care Sunday

The events take place in a nail and beauty salon - unfortunately there is a set of stairs up to the room so it is not a fully accessible space but we have a whole floor to ourselves including quiet rooms, a bathroom, and kitchenette. Gel nails available, just pay what you can (all proceeds go towards the continuation of self care Sundays). In addition to the nails, we will provide monthly activities based on mindfulness and self-love - for example, learning to crochet, tie-dye, and letter writing.

Anyone is welcome who would benefit from a welcoming, safe space to be yourself and take what you need. A place to just be.

We aim to build a community of self-carers by bringing books to swap, offering any pampering activity you enjoy, and cake! Come and donate any of your skills if you’d like!

The first 30 minutes are a quieter time for those who would like to have their nail appointments without the chit chat!
