Take a deep breath. Then another. This Sunday is about slowing down, stretching out, and stacking your life back into balance.
We’re teaming up with Divine Alchemy for a beautiful morning / afternoon of connection and creativity. You’ll begin with a grounding yoga session designed to help you reset and recharge, then move into the studio for a guided painting experience inspired by balance and calm.
No experience needed. Just come as you are.
$40 includes yoga instruction, all paint supplies, guided art instruction, and space to reconnect with yourself.
Spots are limited so we can keep the energy relaxed and intentional.
