Welcome to Self-Care Sound Bath!

Join us at Stretch Lyfe for a relaxing evening of self-care and rejuvenation. Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, shamanic drum, gong, and voice as you unwind and let go of stress. This in-person event is the perfect opportunity to treat yourself to some much-needed relaxation and self-care.

Release tension, calm your mind, and restore balance to your body with a Sound Bath. Come solo or bring a friend for a blissful evening of tranquility. Don't miss out on this chance to prioritize your well-being and recharge your energy.

The space has 6 tables to lay on, 3 reclining lounge chairs and a few blankets. First come first served.

If accomodations are needed we can reserved the chairs and tables. Please let us know ahead of time.
