Join myself, Liz Fay, from Fay’s Empathic & Divine Healing for a relaxing and cozy soundbath! What is a soundbath?!
So glad you asked…..
A sound bath is a meditative experience where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound waves. These waves are produced by various sources, including healing instruments, such as singing bowls, percussion, chimes, ocean drum, rain stick and even the human voice itself. Some of the benefits are relaxation, increased sense of well being, expanded awareness, calming anxiety, and clearing any negative or unwanted energies that no longer serve our highest good.
Participants lay down (or sit whichever is comfortable) and I will guide you through relaxing meditation and then let you drift on the sounds.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow or anything you need to be comfortable!
