A Sound Bath is a meditative experience where you lie down and listen to the sounds produced by various healing instruments such as Crystal Bowls, chimes, bells, gongs, rain stick among other instruments that allow you to enter into a state of deep relaxation.

The vibrations produced help reset the nervous system, helping you release stress, feel relaxed, calm and restored.
