We are excited to collaborate with Bella Doyle to bring you an afternoon of exploring art journalling. Bella will have materials and prompts available to give you a taste of art journalling. Art journalling is a creative form of self-expression that can include a variety of mediums including collage, painting, drawing, doodling and writing. An art journal can act as a visual diary to document experiences or process life. It’s a great tool for mindfulness, stress relief and personal growth.Bella will be facilitating an Art Journalling Series at My Inner Harbour from January – April on Wednesdays from 5:30-8:30, so this is a great way to get an introduction to the process and see if you’d like to join us for the series.
