Our curriculum is consciously curated from the powerful forms of Hatha and Kundalini yoga to give you a solid foundation, one that is inclusive and personal.
We will provide you with comprehensive, accessible, and transformational yogic tools and teach you to share these technologies with others.
This is a powerful and transformative Program open to all seeking a deeper level of understanding of the physical, spiritual, and intellectual practices of Yoga. It is an incredible journey of personal development.
This program will certify you to be a highly skilled, internationally recognized Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200).

UNIQUE: The only certified Kundalini & Hatha Yoga Training Program. Uniting the powerful awareness practices of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation with expansive knowledge of Hatha Yoga.
PART-TIME: Average of 2 weekends per month. Our 4-month program allows for deep processing and integration.
