Our schedules can feel quite busy so this is the perfect opportunity to slow down and nourish the mind/body/soul. We will begin with a brief meditation to settle in and quiet the mind before you drift away to the sounds of the quartz crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gong, as well as other soothing instruments.
