Come along for a relaxing afternoon of Qi Gong and sound healing.
Aldona will lead a rejuvenating Qi Gong session, followed by some lovely healing herbal tea. We’ll end the afternoon with Louise who will work her magic with chakra clearing singing bowls, gongs and drums.
