Following an info session, we'll take a walk in nature around Mill Pond where you will be able to make community connections and get your nutrition and health questions answered.

About your host: Hey there, I’m Alida, your market meetup host! I love helping people learn how to eat to feel more confident, connected, energized, and healthy. And simplifying complicated nutrition science to help you relate to food with a lot more peace and joy, and a lot less guilt, shame, and fear. When I'm not working as a dietitian, you can find me line dancing, hiking, and standup paddle boarding around Milton.
