Come enjoy your own self-care time at The Anya House. Bring your journals, books, vision board supplies, and whatever you would like to focus on during this free day that is open to the community for healing and rest. While you are visiting, you can also take a tour of the space and book your own private stay.

Discover your path to trusting God, healing, wellness, and being free to become a new version of yourself. This support group is for women experiencing heartbreak or conflict from relationships, navigating life changes, or divorce.

Supporting and guiding women through relationship turmoil to find their spark again. Let’s heal and tend to your heart together.

Led by Licensed Therapist and Life Coach Herlay Divine

1 PM - 🕊️💛EMOTIONALLY ITELLIGENT YOU GRIEF SUPPORT (not just when a loved one passes away!)

Join Dr. Princess Millens, Certified Grief & Emotional Wellness Coach, for Emotionally Intelligent You™—a monthly support circle designed to help women heal, grow, and thrive through grief, emotional overwhelm, and life’s transitions. Each month, we gather in a safe, faith-infused space to release, reflect, and be refilled. You’ll receive practical tools, powerful encouragement, and sisterhood support to strengthen your emotional wellness.
