Join us for a rejuvenating session lead by Pilates instructor Hailey. Where you can unwind, stretch and focus on your well-being. This in-person event is all about taking care of yourself through mindful movement and relaxation.

Whether you're a seasoned Pilates pro or new to the practice, this event is perfect for anyone looking to prioritize self-care. This Pilates class is more of a slow down and stretch type of class.

Followed by your class there will be smoothies from Bom Dia Treats and snacks.
