Self-Care Networking Sunday for Therapists

Hey therapists! Join us for a chill, in-person afternoon dedicated to self-care and making meaningful connections. This event will be limited to 25 participants so that meaningful connections can be made. You will enjoy a 30 min spin class designed and lead by a therapist; Kristin Burtaine from Therapy Ryde, followed by an hour of networking and snacking, then ending with the most relaxing 30 min sound bath. It’s all about recharging your energy and building your network—because taking care of yourself is just as important as taking care of others. Come as you are and leave feeling inspired!
