Together, they will explore emerging research on nutrient profiles, the gut–brain axis, and dietary patterns such as the Mediterranean, DASH, and MIND diets. The discussion will examine what the evidence suggests, where questions remain, and why claims about isolated supplements and “brain foods” deserve careful scrutiny.
