Join me for an evening of pure bliss and relaxation.
You will be welcomed with a heart opening nutritious organic cacao or herbal tea alternative, with light snacks.
Indulge in some gorgeous organic skincare with a guided facial.
We will enjoy face yoga known for releasing stress & tension whilst improving blood flow and stimulating collagen to the face.
We will practice pranayama - feeling the benefits of breath to our body and energy systems.
Take deep stretches & practice floor based relaxing restorative yoga.
Finishing with the zen and bliss of Yoga Nidra & Extended Savasana.
Melt into your weekend pampered, connected and relaxed.
