Ever feel overwhelmed by the feelings of those around you? Looking for ways to filter that out? In this class we will learn and practice several meditation and visualization techniques which offer practical results in the energetic fields of empaths. Let your empathic nature be more of a skill and less of a hardship!We will practice grounding and centering, running light though our energetic bodies, using the golden sun technique to retrieve our energy from situations we’ve left it in. Then we will practice cutting cords to others which drain us.
If time allows, we will do an inner child healing meditation to help heal the root issue of feeling responsible for the emotions of others.
