While watching your baby grow and develop is rewarding, sometimes we forget we also need time for some self-care. Join us as we share ideas for taking care of yourself as you care for your baby.
Meet in Boyd Park, Nundah, near the playground right next to Primrose Ln (driveway that goes to Nundah Library).
BYO picnic blanket or camping chair.
It’s fine if you come late/leave early – we know what it’s like to be operating on baby time.
