What: Join us for Self-Care Convos, a themed scrap and yap session dedicated to slowing down, flipping through magazines, and snipping anything that catches your eye—while we hold an open, low-pressure conversation about what self-care means to you.

What to Bring:

• A collaborative spirit

• Any personal media you’ve been meaning to trim or revisit

• Your favorite scissors (extras will be available)

This session centers around thoughtful conversation and intentional scrap collecting. As we browse magazines together, we’ll explore self-care as a personal and evolving practice—balancing conversation with slowed down stimulation.

You’re welcome to keep any clippings you collect. Also, if you come across images that feel interesting but not quite right for you, we encourage you to clip those for the community pile so others can enjoy your finds, too.

The core goal of this session is to slow our stimulation, support nervous system regulation, and create space for listening, reflection, and meaningful conversation.

Please Note: This event is a lite version of our typical scrap sessions. The focus is on collecting meaningful scraps whether physical or mental, and supplies will be intentionally limited to support a slower, more accessible experience.
