Ripple Launch Party

We will start off with the RIPPLE somatic exercise class (60 min), including somatic movement to release tension + breathwork + nervous system support + restorative stretches + sound healing.

Snacks, coffee, and tea will be provided.

If you want, we will finish off with time in the sauna + cold plunge at PORTAL in the Nurture marketplace (totally optional).

Wear comfortable clothes and a change of clothes if you want to sauna/cold plunge.

A yoga mat will be provided for you.
