Self-Care Beach Workshop

The self-care beach workshop will be held at my house on Hampton Beach. You will take advantage of the ample beach parking and will check in at my house. Once checked in (and folder in hand), you will head back to the beach for 4 hours of rest, calm, rejuvenation, and ocean air! You will have a packet of activities to complete on your own time. A certificate for 4 hours of professional development will be in your folder too. After dign up and the day gets closer you will receive an email with everything laid out for you with specific instructions so no one gets lost or is unsure what to do. Over the past several years, this has filled both parent's and educator's self-care cup to overflowing:)
