The U R Not Alone Foundation and the My Big Sister Mentorship Program presents Self Care 101. This workshop is designed to empower young girls aged 9-13 with essential self-care habits from mental wellness to self confidence. Our goal for this program is to give them the tools to thrive, feel their best, and build lifelong positive habits. Please join us on December 20th from 11 am to 2 pm at 1018 Wilson St in El Dorado, Ar. We hope to provide all girls with a safe space to ask questions and learn about themselves in the most positive way. Register your girls using the link below.
