Pricing a home correctly starts with selecting the right comparable properties.

In this active-learning class, we’ll walk through the process of identifying and evaluating comps that help support a realistic, competitive listing price. You’ll learn how to look beyond simply choosing nearby sales and make better decisions based on the characteristics that truly affect value.

Bring your laptop. This is an interactive class, and you’ll have an opportunity to work through comp-selection exercises during the session.
