Choose to attend either 4 or 26 March - only one event per supplier.

With 40ish suppliers, we will run two meet and greets.

The event is focused on meeting people in an informal setting, so there’s no need for elaborate displays.

You can decide how many representatives from your agency attend – typically, agencies bring 1-4 people.

Each supplier has access to a table.

Any equipment must be self-powered, as power cords cannot be placed on the ground.

For A/V displays, headphones are required to minimise noise, as the rooms can get quite loud.

The morning’s drop-in style program:

8:15 - 9:15 AM: Creative agencies bump in (drop-off area on Charlotte Street – see map)

9:15 - 11:30 AM: Customers attend anytime between these hours

11:45 AM: Close down

12:00 PM: Room must be vacated
