✨ A gentle introduction to emotional intelligence, inner calm, and self-love for children and teenagers.The Sekhem All-Love Kids & Teens Workshop is a heart-centered experience designed especially for young people who want to better understand their emotions, build confidence, and feel more connected to themselves and others.
In a safe, playful, and nurturing environment, children and teens are guided to discover that they carry a loving energy within their own heart — and that this energy can help them navigate life with more balance, empathy, and inner strength.
