• Timeslot RSVPs can choose to enter our giveaway for a free set of Rui photocards illustrated by the SekaiToronto team 💜

*Please be aware that while we do our best to produce enough for everyone, hand fans and other freebie items are limited quantity!
**If you are reserving multiple timeslots for friends under one email, only the owner of the associated email address will be eligible to win the giveaway. The giveaway will be drawn and contacted on Friday June 19th.

Reminders:

• Everyone must treat store property and employees, cupsleeve staff, vendors, and fellow attendees with respect. Rude behaviour will not be tolerated. Please be mindful of volume and space while in the store, be patient with store staff during busy times, and please clean up after yourself.
• Please do not bring open food from outside into the venue; this is generally venue policy, and we cannot account for allergies and mess left in the store. *We know attendees often gift candies to eachother, and this is fine as long as they are individually packaged!
• Cosplay is welcome and encouraged; however, please do not wear cosplay that could impair the movement of yourself and others or block walkways. Please make sure to dress for the weather as well!

• Do not sell or solicit sales of anything at the event if you are not a vendor. Trading or giving away your own stickers, bracelets, art, etc. is highly encouraged!
• Do not touch or take decorations; If something falls, please notify one of the event organizers.
• These events are often photographed; the SekaiToronto Instagram page will reshare stories we are tagged in of the event. While official posts will avoid having anyone's face in them, please be mindful of this!

We are doing our best to avoid overcrowding while leaving space for walk-ins and customers who do not know of the event beforehand, so if your timeslot is up please be kind and give everybody a chance to enjoy the event.

You're free to come before/stay after your timeslot is up, but those with the current timeslot reserved will be given priority if there is a line. We appreciate your understanding! St. James Park is also across the street from Chatime for anyone who would like some time outside or away from the crowd.
