Attendees will learn how to turn Rovo from an included feature into a real business enabler - from assessing their AI maturity and building their first Agents, to making their knowledge base AI-ready and extending Rovo with automation tools. They leave with a practical prompting framework and concrete next steps for their organization.

Morning: AI strategy with Rovo, Confluence as knowledge foundation, hands-on "Build your first Agent" workshop (Atlassian).
Midday: Service management, project management, and a use-case workshop.
Afternoon keynote: Extending Rovo with external data, Google Cloud/Gemini, and n8n.
Afternoon breakouts: AI governance, quality & compliance, DevOps integration, service management with guardrails.
Sven Peters (AI Evangelist, Atlassian) will deliver the opening keynote on why most AI initiatives fail to create real value, what actual Rovo adoption looks like inside organizations of different sizes, and how to connect AI usage to measurable business outcomes. He will also lead the hands-on Agent-building workshop and offer one-on-one sessions.
