Exchange: $25
There is a difference between receiving a compliment and allowing yourself to be truly seen.
Explore acknowledgment as a powerful human and spiritual practice. Learn how to genuinely acknowledge others, recognize your own presence and gifts, and receive acknowledgment without automatically dismissing it with a quick "thank you."
Through discussion and interactive exercises, you’ll experience what happens when you stop, listen, and allow yourself to fully receive words of acknowledgement.
