About this Event

Welcome to SEEN. This is not an anti-anything group. We honor and respect the women and families in our lives, but we recognize that men need their own dedicated space to drop the armor, connect, and grow.

Many of us in our late 20s to 60s are working hard to be great husbands, partners, and fathers. Yet, it is easy to feel stuck, misunderstood, or unable to break out of old emotional patterns. We want to heal and grow, but we rarely have a safe place to learn how.

SEEN is a local, in-person circle built for men who want to master their emotional intelligence, understand their internal landscape, and navigate life's challenges. We meet early on Saturday mornings to ground ourselves in nature, share honestly, and build genuine brotherhood.

What to Expect

• A Safe, Grounded Space: We meet outdoors in nature at Red Bug Lake Park, where we have the freedom to express ourselves fully without judgment or thin walls.
• Open, Structured Discussion: This is not just an aimless venting session. We focus on emotional intelligence—learning how to identify our feelings, understand the root causes of our pain, and fix the things holding us back.
• True Brotherhood: We listen actively, respect absolute confidentiality, and end our sessions with a grounding, intentional hug that seals our community support.
• Family-Friendly Timing: We meet early and finish early. You will get the deep emotional reset you need and still be home in time to spend the rest of the weekend with your loved ones.
