For over 6 years London-based guitarist singer songwriter Alex Seel and innovative mandola player Jon Sanders have been charming crowds at festivals and concerts in Europe. This summer brings a rare opportunity to hear the duo across New Zealand at select venues. A recent review in the Rhein Zeitung in Germany said of their recent August concert :“The audience raved about the sheer scope of musical interplay and different genres. Sanders plied his jazz-tinged Irish and Arabesque world music , weaving his compositional skills with British songwriter Seel’s pop, blues and folk ballads with almost unbelievable change in tempo.
