Finding spaciousness comes with accepting discomfort. These times continue to be amplified with uncertainty and unease. There's no better time than now to commit to self-care.
Join us for a dharmette talk on the concepts of Sukkha (joy and ease) and Dukkha (unease and suffering), followed by pause-full, gentle yoga -- we will use the breath, meditative movement and directed attention to work with constricted areas in the body and mind. Through this practice, we will explore how the acceptance of unease gives rise to a sense of spaciousness in order to more skillfully navigate uncertainty.
All level students welcome.
