An exploratory 4-week series focusing on the nuances of mastering handstands and inversions of your choosing.
Each week will build on the last, however the workshop is suitable for drop-in's if that is what your schedule allows.
Build your handstand body with specific drills focused on building strength needed to invert. Spend time getting comfortable going upside down, and explore the fun ways you can flip your world and your perspective. Enjoy bringing these new found skills into your regular practice throughout the week between the Tuesday workshops.
No experience in inversions needed and all level students are welcome, making this workshop accessible for all bodies.
