Seeds of Recovery is a trauma-informed, inclusive peer support group that reimagines the traditional 12 Steps. This group offers a compassionate environment for those seeking personal growth, healing, and authentic connection through shared experiences and creative reflection.
Each week, we explore one of the 12 Seeds of Recovery, focusing on principles like awareness, safety, boundaries, and community. Sessions include guided discussion, mindfulness practice, and optional creative activities such as art or journaling.
Our approach centers empathy, self-awareness, and mutual respect—supporting recovery as an ongoing journey of growth and transformation. 🌿
