About this Event
The session will begin with a explorative yoga flow led by Mary, looking to tend to the body as it begins to adjust its circadian rhythms to longer days, the metabolic shift from a winter state and changes to immune system that can cause season fatigue in some. This practice is set to support you to explore how the shift feels in your body.
Mary will also be offering gentle theraputic yoga assists during the class that aim to ground and relax - these are not mandatory and you can opt out of hands on assists using our consent cards.
The yoga flow will be followed by a guided relaxation led by Sarah using her solution focussed hypnotherapy technique to bring about a deep sense of calm, & take you through a gentle inner journey of deep relaxation along the theme of seeds of change and the transition into spring.
At the end of the class there will be a little bit of time to pause feel into the resonance of the practice, have a cup of tea and take a little time together.
No previous yoga or hypnotherapy exerpience is required. Any questions please get in touch via [email protected]
Meet The Faciltators
- Mary is a yoga teacher and personal trainer, and the founder of Tend Wellbeing. Her work focuses on helping people enjoy movement as an act of self-care rather than pressure, punishment or perfectionism. She brings a compassionate, down-to-earth approach shaped by her own long journey of learning how to build a healthier, kinder relationship with her body. Mary is passionate about creating spaces where people can reconnect with themselves, feel supported, and find a more intuitive way of looking after their wellbeing.
Sarah Marie, - Sarah is a Food & Nutrition Teacher and a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist, and founder of Sarah Marie Hypnotherapy. She has 15 years of teaching experience and a life-changing personal experience with hypnotherapy that led her to train in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy. She helps people gently rebuild confidence, resilience, and hope, and her teaching background allows her to listen with empathy, communicate clearly, and support meaningful change. Working together, we focus on what’s going well, take small, achievable steps forward, and help people reconnect with the version of themselves that feels like them again.
