Hello! A special invitation to start the new year! On January 7th, when you’re settling into the New Year, join me for an embodied reflection on 2025.
I’ll offer a combination of the “seed dance”, an SPT exercise which has the aim to sense the field of the future, and Authentic Movement. The session combines journaling, visualisation, movement and embodiment.
