Activities will include:

2. Hands-on Seed Bin Activity
3. Learning: What does a seed need?
4. Song
5. Craft
Caregivers will also have a chance to learn about choosing the right seeds for your needs, seed viability, and how to read a seed packet.
Participants are encouraged to bring seeds to exchange with others and promote community building (optional)!
ABOUT THE FACILITATOR:
Cara Wainwright is a Trained Extension Master Gardener representing the Shenandoah Folk School who is passionate about teaching gardening skills to young children. She has a pediatric nursing background with a focus on growth and development, and has over 9 years of gardening experience. Cara loves combining her love of children and love of growing, to help foster the next generation of gardeners.
