Somewhere along the way, we forgot that food was supposed to bring us together. Not rushing through the meal. Not eaten in the car. Not standing over the sink answering emails while your nervous system runs on fumes.
Our Seed to Table event is an invitation to slow down and come back to what matters: delicious nourishing food, real connection, music that softens the body, and the kind of summer night that helps you remember yourself again.
Join Royally Fit and inJOY Meditation for a garden evening filled with picnic vibes, a live cooking demo, laughter, grounding conversation, and space to breathe a little deeper. This isn’t about perfection or “wellness culture.” It’s about nourishment in the truest sense of the word; tending to the body, the mind, and the parts of ourselves that are exhausted from always pushing through.
Enjoy a full dinner experience by Funky Biscuit Catering, including refreshing mocktails and music to soothe the soul while gathering in community under the summer sky. Guests will also head home with basil and cherry tomato plants, a reminder that growth happens slowly, with care, attention, sunlight, and patience. Healing does too.
