Grow more of your garden from seed this year!
You’ll learn the main ways to start seeds- Direct Sowing, Indoor Sowing, and Winter Sowing. We’ll also go over which seeds prefer to be started in each of those ways and plant a few seeds in a winter sowing container to take home and sprout outside to add to your garden later in Spring! As a bonus, you’ll also get an exclusive seed starting chart.

Local garden speaker and coauthor of Small-Scale Homesteading, Michelle Bruhn of Forks in the Dirt, will be teaching a series of classes in person this spring. The Anchor Coffee House will be our cozy yet spacious meeting place. Doors open at 6:15 so we’ll have some time for herbal tea and treats before starting the class.
