Join us on Saturday 17th May at 10.30am at Pilates East for a Reformer & Tower Classical Pilates class.

The Apparatus uses spring resistance to challenge, strengthen and support your movement, ensuring you get the most from your Pilates workout. With just 6 people in the class (with two teachers!) you’ll receive personalised teaching leaving you feeling stretched, strong and connected.

Sprout Norfolk will also be visiting to give you a wellness shot.
