SATURDAY DECEMBER 7th 🙏🏾 You are invited to enjoy a wellness showcase at Dutchess Yoga from 9AM - 3PM 🙏🏾This wellness showcase will be a full day of 30 min demo classes of various styles of yoga for all levels,tai chi/qi gong demo and practice, and a
sound healing meditation session!
* Meet and greet the teachers and healers at Dutches Yoga - try various classes and styles of yoga and tai chi and qi gong and chair yoga too with Dutchess Yoga teachers - support your community and your health!
* Explore pop up local vendors with hand made items for your health and well being! This is great place to think about wellness inspired gifts for your family and friends - all while supporting local business
* After a full day of yoga and fun! Stay for a gentle Restorative Yoga + Sound Healing at 1:30pm with Sara + Drew 🧘🏽♀️🧘🏿

Dutchess Yoga has been a home studio for myself as a student, and as a teacher for many years 🙌🏾
This wellness event invites you to come see for yourself why so many of us have practiced here together 💕
We will be there at 9AM! And will be there enjoying the practices through out the day and yummy treats before the sound healing at 1:30pm
